LABORATORY PRODUCTION TIMES
Production times consider working days from Monday to Friday.
Custom sizes require approximately 2 days. more processing.
Custom themes require approximately 2/3 days. more processing.
Giclée prints on canvas: 5 working days.
Original oil painting: it varies according to size.
The timing of production of the product ordered, is calculated from the day following receipt of payment.
Regarding giclée prints on canvas, if the order is 10 pieces or more, shipping costs are included in the order.
For orders of less than 10 pieces, the transportation/delivery costs of the courier company to which the shipment will be entrusted
must be added to the purchase price.
WALTER KERIOS STUDIO entrusts its shipments to DHL Express. Delivery times in Italy, following processing times,
are normally around 3 days (delays due to unforeseen couriers and their locations, climatic factors, strikes and blockages of motorway
networks differ from normal conditions).

Prices are effective from 01-03-2025. They cancel and replace all previous ones.
Despite the care that WALTER KERIOS STUDIO places in the quality of the color correspondence of the images on the video,
compared to the actual print one, all the colors as well as the formats expressed are indicative. Some vision perceptive
factors such as: Monitor Computer, Tablets or Smartphone can alter the tonal correspondence of the color.
The measurements indicated, in particular for finished products, refer to pre-processing. A tolerable deviation is expected.
The images are made for indoor environments, do not expose to direct sunlight.
Orders are normally shipped within 7/10 working days. In case of particular processes for customized formats or Retouchè
treatments, order times may increase. Under no circumstances are binding or mandatory delivery conditions accepted for
organizational reasons.
If you receive a damaged item, write to our customer service info@walterkerios.com indicating the description of the damage.
WALTER KERIOS STUDIO will replace the damaged item at its own expense.
The Court of Roma is competent for any dispute.
